Customer Return & Refund Policy
All merchandise sold by Lash Out Diesel Performance is covered under our "30-day Return & Refund Policy". Certain exceptions apply.
Merchandise returned in resalable condition is eligible for a full refund, merchandise exchange or in-store credit at the customer's choosing.
Original receipt is required for all returns, refunds, and exchanges.
All returns must have an RMAN (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) prior to being returned. To obtain your RMAN contact us at sales@lashoutperformance.com
All RMAN's must be boldly displayed on all shipping packages and paperwork.
30-Day Policy
Merchandise returns on any item will not be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date (except for defective merchandise).
All merchandise that is returned is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
No stocking fee will be charged on defective merchandise.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
All merchandise that has been declared damaged or defective must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.
Manufactures Warranties
Merchandise is covered by the manufactures warranty as described in the product's pamphlet. This warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and is non transferable. Warranty may be voided if the manufacturer determines the product has been damaged, modified, abused or improperly installed.
